Pancake Feeds and Mardi Gras Celebrations


Here’s the list of all the Pancake Feed and Mardi Gras Celebrations TNE received notice of.  Take advantage of this last time to pig out before Lent starts!

7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. St. Stephen’s, Grand Island Pancakes. Adults $5, Children $3
Sunday, February 15th
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Grace Church, Columbus Fat Sunday: Chili Supper and Mardi Gras Party
Most all morning St. Mark’s on the Campus, Lincoln Pancakes cooked by our youth are available most of the morning and jazz music (piano and bass) after the 10:30 Eucharist. Good times!
Shrove Tuesday, February 17th
5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. All Saints, Omaha Pancakes (with an assortment of toppings) & sausage. Also, not to be missed is the White Elephant raffle with many unique items! The pancake supper is hosted by the J2A youth and their parents. All proceeds will go to benefit this group on their mission trip to the Dominican Republic this June! Admission is $5 per person or $15 per family.
5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Calvary Church, Hyannis Pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and ham. $5 adults, $3 children.
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Christ Church, Sidney Pancakes. Proceeds will go for Window Restoration Project and a local charity.
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Grace Church, Chadron Pancake Supper & ECW bake sale, $5.00 for adults and $3.50 for children under 10.
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. St. Andrew’s, Seward Pancakes–men cook, women clean up their mess! A great time is had by all! $5.00 adult; $2.50 child or $20.00 family.
5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. St. Augustine’s, Elkhorn St. Augustine Youth Group is sponsoring Pancakes and Pajamas. Wear your pajamas and join us for a kid friendly movie starting at 6:30 pm. No charge, but please provide a monetary donation that will help pay for camp tuition and mission trips.
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. St. Luke’s, Plattsmouth Pancakes, sausage & applesauce
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. St. Martin of Tours, Omaha The Episcopal Pancake Man (AKA Deacon Wes Agar) will be flipping the flap jacks. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for kids or Free will offering
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. St. Mary’s, Blair Pancakes, sausage & applesauce
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. St. Mary’s, Nebraska City Pancakes, Eggs & Sausage; free will offering
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. St. Matthew’s, Lincoln Pancakes, bacon, sausage, and applesauce. Sponsored by Journey to Adulthood Youth Group (also known as the “”God Squad””) we’ll have bacon, sausage, orange juice, milk, coffee and applesauce. Everyone is invited! Free will offering will for sponsored Youth Group events.
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. St. Thomas, Falls City Pancakes made from Cooper’s Best flour along with sausage and real maple syrup
5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Trinity Cathedral, Omaha This is Trinity Acolytes’ once-a-year fundraiser. Adults are $8.00 (age 13 and older); Kids are $5.00 (6-12); Kids 5 and under eat for free.
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Trinity, Norfork Pancakes
